  • The double 7th IDKD Intensive Course in ASIA was accredited by EACCME and assigned 18 EUROPEAN CME CREDITS. The European EACCME credit system is recognized by the AMA. The credit points of IDKD can also be claimed by North American Radiologists as CME points. The IDKD course in Hong Kong will be accredited by Hong Kong College of Radiologists. The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists is allocating a comparable number of points for attendance of the entire course in Hong Kong. All credit points granted will be announced on the web at www.idkd.org. 
IDKD Athens, Greece, September 15 – 18, 2016
  • The 9th IDKD in Greece "Diseases of the Heart, Chest and Vascular System" is designated for a maximum of 20 hours of European external CME credits. The credit Points of IDKD can also be claimed by North American radiologist as CME Points.
  • For participants from Germany: the Academy for Continuing Medical Education in Radiology (DRG) designates the 9th IDKD in Greece with 20 CME points.               
IDKD South America, São Paulo, September 21-24, 2017
  • European CME credits have been applied for the 2nd IDKD Intensive Course in SOUTH AMERICA and will be announced on the web at wwwidkd.org. The European EACCME credit system is ecognized by the AMA. The points of IDKD can also be claimed by North American radiologists as CME credits.

Through an agreement between the European Union of Medical Specialists and the American Medical Association, physicians may convert EACCME credits to an equivalent number of AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Information on the process to convert EACCME credit to AMA credit can be found at www.ama-assn.org/go/internationalcme.

Live educational activities, occurring outside of Canada, recognized by the UEMS-EACCME for ECMEC credits are deemed to be Accredited Group Learning Activities (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
