IDKD Asia 2026 "Diseases of the Brain, Head and Neck, Spine"

June 5-7, 2026 | Bangkok, Thailand

The IDKD Asia 2026 on Diseases of the Brain, Head and Neck, Spine will be offered onsite only. The IDKD Asia Course will take place on June 5-7 in Bangkok, Thailand.

During the IDKD, the participants will attend 14 different radiology workshops which cover the current medical imaging approach to Diseases of the Brain, Head and Neck, Spine . Plus 3 highlight lectures by experts in the field focused on new developments. The radiology training will be in groups of approximately 40 participants.

Course objectives

  • Teach the participants effective approaches in analysing diagnostic imaging challenges
  • Allow the participants to recognize key imaging features of various diseases through guided self study
  • Teach the participants the most effective imaging examination in various types of settings
  • Offer participants to interact with top international experts

Additional information about this course

  • Lectures are presented daily by senior experts on "hot topics", new developments or political issues in radiology or associated sciences.
  • The IDKD Book written by the Workshop teachers is included in the registration fee.
  • Film Reading Panel is a diagnostic competition by selected experts.
  • With the current course schedule offering shorter lunch breaks, IDKD will provide lunch to all the participants. All Course lunches are included in the ticket fee. During the online registration process, please select either a meat or vegetarian menu option. When schedule allows, hot meat and vegetarian meals will be served buffet style.

    Cancellation of the IDKD Event

    IDKD is entitled to cancel the Courses at any time. Paid registration fees will be refunded or credited to the future IDKD event, if the course needs to be cancelled due to the event organization ban or travel ban imposed by any state, or government order, or decree. If the course needs to be cancelled due to unforeseeable reasons beyond control of IDKD, including but not limited to war, war-like events, acts of terrorism, only a proportionate part of the Course fees would be compensated.

    Participants are strongly advised to complete a Travel Cancellation Insurance to cover travel and hotel costs in case of short-term cancellation of the course.

    Cancellation of Paid Registration by a Participant

    Written notification to asia@idkd.org is required for all cancellations and changes. Substitutions are accepted. Paid registration fees will be refunded or credited to the future IDKD course only if a participant cancels their registration and provides a written proof of official travel restrictions issued by their country of origin.

    The restrictions imposed by hospitals or clinics do not constitute a reason for a full refund. If the reason of the registration cancellation is other than official travel restrictions by the country of origin, the following policy applies:
    - 80% refund for cancellations received until May 10, 2026
    - 50% refund for cancellations received until May 25, 2026
    - no refunds thereafter
