FAQ’sHow do I obtain my individual CME credits for the attended sessions?
In order to claim credits for the sessions you attended, we kindly ask you to complete the Teacher and Workshop Evaluations available in your MyUserArea for the IDKD course you participated in. The evaluation will be accessible from the start date of the course for which you are registered.
Please make sure to complete both the Teacher and Workshop Evaluations, as credits for the sessions you attended can only be granted once these evaluations have been submitted.
After you’ve completed the evaluation, your certificate will be available for download in your MyUserArea under Documents.

How do I receive my general attendance certificate?
In order to receive your general Certificate of Attendance, we kindly ask you to complete the Course Evaluation available in your MyUserArea for the IDKD course you attended. The evaluation will be accessible from the start date of the course for which you are registered.
After you’ve completed the evaluation, your certificate will be available for download in your MyUserArea under Documents.

How do I review and download additional course material?
You can find the additional course materials for the IDKD course you attended in your MyUserArea under Additional Course Material.
There you’ll find PDF versions of the presentations that have been shared by the teachers. Please note that not all teachers will upload their presentations.

How can I access my certificates and invoices that were stored in my profile on the old platform?
If you have not downloaded your certificates and invoices from the old platform, please contact the IDKD Office at info@idkd.org. We’ll be happy to assist you in retrieving your documents.
